Refund policy
Returns
You can return your purchase for up to 14 days from the purchase date. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original packaging. Opened coffee and hot chocolate will be exchanged for the same product only. We regret that we are unable to refund your original delivery charges unless the return was a result of our error.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if requested)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if requested)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
