Coffee - Teifi Lle Tân

New for this Winter, we’d like to introduce something special: Teifi Lle Tân (Welsh for Fireplace). A new seasonal roast, inspired by the warmth and comfort of a crackling fire. With deep, bold flavours and just a touch of natural sweetness, it’s the perfect blend to enjoy all winter long, whether you’re watching the snow fall or simply cosying up with a good book.

In order to create a special coffee, you need to select a special bean. And that’s exactly what we’ve done with Teifi Lle Tân. This is a single-farm coffee, so every bean we use comes from the same family farm in Western Honduras. The farm is located in the fertile valleys of the Mayan Mountains, benefitting from the mild sub-tropical climate. The family are proud of their coffee, and they’re proud that they grow their beans using environmentally-friendly processes.

A versatile coffee, excellent as an espresso, or in milk-based drinks.
